To barbecue or BBQ is nothing new. Roasting meat over a grill consisting of a wooden framework resting on sticks above a fire has been around probably since the dawn of human existence. However, in Texas, very few would disagree that barbecue is a serious business.

At Smart Buildings, we celebrate our employees’ accomplishments and show appreciation. Directors from our Projects Team and our Support Team decided to host an event to show their gratitude for all the hard work our Smart Buildings team has done. They grilled tons of burgers, hotdogs, and sausages and furnished all the sides for the entire branch of very hungry employees. 

It indeed was a perfect day in May! Thank you to each and every one of our employees for being you and doing all you do. Thanks to Jacob Lucas and Eric Bowers for organizing the event and grilling up a memorable appreciation lunch.
